Комитет Цангера (комитет, созданный для интерпретации условий Договора о нераспространении ядерного оружия и содействия его исполнению; сформирован в 1971 г.; название дано по имени швейцарского профессора Клода Цангера (Claude Zangger), под председательством которого в 1971-1974 гг. проводилась серия неформальных переговоров между странами-поставщиками ядерных технологий и оборудования; в ходе переговоров, в частности, было дано определение оборудования и материалов, специально сконструированных или подготовленных для обработки, использования или производства расщепляющихся материалов, а также были оговорены условия и процедуры, которым необходимо следовать при экспорте таких материалов и оборудования; комитет ведет список оборудования и материалов при экспорте которых в неядерные страны вступают в силу требования к мерам безопасности, установленные Международным агентством по атомной энергии; комитет также называют Комитетом ядерных экспортеров)Syn:See:
